WeCare Elderly Services refers to services and support provided to older adults who require medical or personal care due to age-related or health-related issues. Since the founders and co-founders of the company are Australian residents, and have Australian Registered Nurses on their Elderly Health Care panel, our care plans are strictly adhered to Australian health standards.

Gurinder Matharu
Co-founder & CEO
I co-founded WeCare Elderly Services with a passion for improving elder care. My journey started in human resource development, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, I had the opportunity to work closely with the Health Direct an agency of Department of Health in Australia. This experience gave me deep insights into senior care and highlighted the gaps in elder services, particularly for those living alone. At WeCare, we are committed to offering peace of mind to families by ensuring the well-being and safety of elders, especially for NRIs with loved ones far away.
WeCare Elderly was born out of this vision: to bridge the gap between families living abroad and their loved ones in India, providing the highest quality care that not only meets physical needs but also nurtures the emotional and social aspects of life. We strive to equal the world’s best practices, offering personalized, compassionate care that helps seniors live confidently and independently in their golden years.

I’m Dr. Puja Matnaru, one of the founders of WeCare Elderly. With extensive experience in both Indian and Australian healthcare systems, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the immense value of compassionate, high-quality elder care. Australian elder care is regarded as some of the best in the world, and this inspired me to bring similar standards of care to India.
At WeCare Elderly, we are a dedicated team of health professionals committed to providing holistic care for seniors. We ensure they receive the dignity, respect, and medical attention they deserve. Our services are designed to support families by offering their parents the same love and dedication they would receive from family.
